Normal? Or what can I do to output more
My little one is 19 weeks. Been back to work for 7 weeks. I was doing fine and pumping 16 to 20oz a day. ( I breastfeed while at home and just pump for when he’s with my mother 8 hours a day five days a week). For the past two weeks I’ve only been getting 12 to 15ozs. I pump three times while at work.
I’ve been on the mini pill since 7 weeks pp so I don’t think that’s it. Once I noticed the dip in supply, I’ve been taking fenugreek. I’ve been watching videos of my baby or doing long deep breaths with my eyes closed. I know the more I stress the more it effects me. But my freezer stock has dwindled and I’m to the point that what i pump today baby gets tomorrow. I’m worried he won’t get enough.
I know people say eat oatmeal, but I’ve been doing really well on a low carb diet and don’t want to mess that up unless it really last resort I ordered mother’s milk tea today. I also ordered pumpin pals soft flanges incase mine aren’t right. I feel like I’m an 18mm since the 17 is a little small but the 19 is too large.
Any suggestions?
