No fetal pole?

So I went to the Doctor for headaches and really bad cramping and found out I’m pregnant they did a ultrasound there and the baby measures 6 weeks and one day but there was no fetal pole so they told me come back in 2 days which I did and there was still no fetal pole but the sac did grow. They said my HGC levels doubles, there was no signs of bleeding in my ultrasound and my cervix was closed with no bleeding. I have another ultrasound in a week. Has anybody else had a ultrasound at 6 weeks with no fetal pole and still had a healthy pregnancy?
