Late by 8 days and now...TMI

I went to bathroom this morning and there was a dark pink/brown blood so I assumed af was coming i put a pad on and went on about my day. 4 hours later I go back to the bathroom and my pad was empty and when I wiped there was nothing? Wth is going on 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ive already taken multiple pregnancy tests all Negative, and a blood test said negative.
