Vvvfl, spotting & cramping - see anything?

Hi all, thought I’d see if anyone has any thoughts on my current situation:

Had occasional light pink spotting/bleeding since yesterday & feeling cranky.

Did this wondfo preg test this morning at 9DPO which I think shows a vvvvf.

Can you all see it too? Any ideas why I may be bleeding too?

Will test again in a few days, 🤞🏼 for a darker line!
