Breastfeeding and birth control
Hi ladies, i and a newly mom that’s breastfeeding. My doctor asked me about what kind of birth control i would like to go on but im afraid that it will affect my milk production. Is there any recommendations on a birth control method that won’t disrupt my milk supply?
