I’m cramping but not bleeding should I worry?

No. Cramping is expected and some spotting and bleeding can happen and everything be fine cause I've experienced it. You could have constipation cramps or cramps from your uterus stretching but it will happen throughout pregnancy. There's a lot you will experience during pregnancy.

No, I’m 16 weeks and have cramped on and off since 4 weeks. Just if the cramping gets to intense they recommend getting checked over other wise just relax and take it easy to help relieve the pain
