Do you give your baby water?

Just curious how many little ones are drinking water? When did you start?
My son is breast fed, haven’t tried water yet.

I offer 1.5 ounces of water in a sippy when she’s eating solids. She’s never finished it, it’s mostly to get her used to the sippy and i feel like she would get thirsty with solids. After she eats I take it away. She’s ebf and never would take a bottle so working early on the sippys!

only when he’s eating solids, particularly if it’s something i know bags him up a bit (sweet potato for eg)
he seems to really like it!

I have only given sips of water starting at 6.5m. 
Im having a hard time getting her to use a sippy so she will drink water from an open cup or a straw

Started when we started soilds. And at the 6mo appointment the doctor recommended a particular cup to help and told us he should be drinking 6oz of water

After solids I'll give her 1oz. Sometimes she only takes a few sips which is fine. Pediatrician said it's good to prevent constipation and for the fluoride.

Yes first I breastfeed him, then offer solid, and then 1 oz water so that is the last thing and he isn’t filling up on empty calories. I give a bit more water when he is sweating hot or if we go to mountains with higher elevation, and I don’t offer any if he has a particularly juicy fruit or hydrating food.

Got go ahead at 6 month WCC 
Sr said biggest concern is that a baby is getting enough calories before you add water do they don’t get malnutrition 
My son was in the 97th percentile for weight so there was no worry about that for him.
