Birth control options

I’ve been on the depo shot since I was 15. I’m going to be 20 this year and my moms forced me to get it but I’m finally stopping it because it’s making me sick. What’s another good type that’s not implanted or injected I want something that I can control myself. I’ve had my mom controlling me with medicines and shots since I hit puberty and I’m done with it. It’s making me so sick, I have a headache all the time, my bones hurt, my vagina literally hurts and I’ve had it checked out and they said the depo is making it inflamed. My doctor told me he could give me something else but my mom has refused to let me quit but I’m stopping it next month. Next month my next shot is due and my mom takes me to my Apts but I’m telling her she is no longer in control of me.
