Question

If you’ve had this birth control what’s your thoughts? I’m terrified of getting an IUD inserted not going to lie. I’m considering just doing the pill but, wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts on the ring are. It honestly confuses me... you just insert it and leave it in during sex and through tampons and everything?? It doesn’t fall out?! Lol

I've had the nuva ring in the past.  You leave it in during sex but if it comes down it's no big deal; you're covered for like 2-3 hours if it comes out I think.   You don't wear it for one week a month, when you have your period, so no worries about tampons interfering.

Hahaha yea I just chose a random recommendation just so it would let me respond!
I had the Nuvaring for years before wanting to get pregnant. You have to squish the ring to insert it, I never had it come out on its own!! It feels like a smooth plastic. Kinda looks like a clearing bracelet that is soft plastic. You wear it 3 weeks then toss it and have nothing in for 1 week then put a new one it. It's super easy, never felt uncomfortable to me. Never got in the way with my husband.

I was on the pill for over ten years and after I gave birth I said I wanted something easier. I have had the nuvaring since November and I. LOVE. IT. 
Seriously, you don’t feel it, it’s SO easy to insert/remove on your own, my periods come right away and I’ve had no side effects. Highly recommend it

I highly recommend the Nuva ring! It’s so easy and convenient. It did come out once during sex and I wouldn’t have noticed if my husband didn’t see it on the bed so that’s slightly scary but it only happened once. My cycle regulated quickly after I stopped using it and we got pregnant within our first try after stopping it.
