Thoughts on mild contractions ?

This tracking makes me feel crazy. Does it really take an excel spreadsheet to know when labor is real vs practice? Talk to me.

I used baby centers app. They have a contraction tracker as well as kick tracker. Im actually suprised glow doesn't!

This is the contraction tracker I use. It analyzes after 4 contractions if you might need to go in

I wouldn’t start tracking until they take your breathe away or you can’t talk or walk thru them

Is this your contractions? No it doesn't take a spreadsheet. I use an app because it's a few to many times (time between, duration and over how long) to keep track of at once while distracted by discomfort.
