I think I just experienced a chemical pregnancy. I found out at 10dpo that we were expecting and today at 14dpo I woke up with bad cramping and lots of bleeding. My period has for sure came.

I don’t know what to do from here. I know the loss is very early, but do I cancel my appointment with my midwife? Do I call to tell them know? I have no clue what to do as I haven’t experienced something like this before. So any guidance would be appreciated.
