What are somethings that you’ll be doing

To help labor/induce labor...granted, I think most women go into labor on their own. But I didn’t last time and had to be induced. I went to 40w6d. What are somethings that y’all are going to start doing, come your 38 week mark etc (nothing for right now—I say that because some women on this app tend to be judgy and make assumptions) to encourage your body to be like “hey I should probably dilate some.”
