Internal monologue: your own voice
Abstract non-verbal thoughts: pictures, words
I need to know now lmao. Didn’t know people actually could only think in pictures and words. Apparently it’s a thing. 
I think with primarily an internal monologue but I can also occasionally picture things and see words when I want too. Such as studying, and recalling what I looked over.

I don’t hear a voice in my head 🤷🏼‍♀️. I “feel” or think words as if I’m reading them, but there’s no voice.

My daily brain activity mostly consists of saying “what the fuck?” in my head over and over and over again. Then I go to sleep. 😴

I use both? I mean since I’m deaf, I always, always think everything in visual along with sign language as my internal voice, lol

Both. But mostly have an internal monologue. I’m an artist so when I have thoughts I see vivid imagery in my head as well. I see words, letters and even sounds. Certain sounds have certain colors and textures. It’s a form synesthesia.￼
