Im a FTM and I need some help.

Beginning about a month ago, my super easy-going baby did a complete flip. Hes extremely fussy, moody, etc. Most of our issues are with breastfeeding. Hes an early teether(confirmed), and so I know hes uncomfortable and in pain from the pressure in his mouth...

On an off for a month, but nearly every day, multiple times a day for the last week and a half my baby will scream if I offer him the breast. He used to eat 8-10 times a day, now he eats 4-6 times. At first it stressed me out, but now its become our normal. I check to see if hes hungry by testing if he will "root" for my breast, sometimes by tickling him with my finger, others by holding him close to me with my breast out. When I do the latter, he will turn and try to find my nipple but as soon as he does he will start screaming again. When he calms, he roots. Rinse and repeat. I dont know what to do. He appears hungry, but screams instantly when my nipple touches the inside of his mouth.

Anyone else going through this or have advice?

I understand if hes teething this might continue for a while...
