I’m having really heavy periods and my mom refuses to buy me tampons or big pad she just gives me panty liners!! Is there anywhere I can get free tampons ?

UPDATE: I got some tampons and pads from my school nurse and teachers! My mom won’t let me use anything other than panty liner because only “whores” wear tampons and she won’t tell me why I can’t have actual pads! It’s really hard to deal with I have to use TONS of paper towels to make sure I don’t bleed through in public! Thank y’all for the advice
