Twins.. to buy preemie?

As of yesterday my twins are measuring at 5lbs 3 oz and 5lbs 5 oz according to ultrasound and they will be born tuesday at 36 weeks... do you think i should pick up some preemie outfits or we would be good with newborn? I know ultrasound can be off with weight so im not sure what to do

My twins were born at 6.12 and 6.15 and they wore premie clothes for 3-5 days. Maybe just get a couple pairs of jammies for the hospital at least. I had 2 outfits for each of them and that was fine. They are now 3 weeks old and one is almost out of NB clothes already 🙄

My twins were born, 5 10 and 5 7oz. They wore preemie for a week and fit into the newborn a little big but wearable. I found buying preemie was a waste of money. Maybe buy a cute preemie outfit to take them home in and have as a great keepsake but other than that it’s not worth it.

Somebody has given me the good idea to get some second hand clothes and tumble dry them till they shrink abit 😂😂 
Saves money. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

My twins were born at 31 weeks and they only wore them for less than a week. Not worth the money...

When I had my twins they wore preemie clothes for about the first week and a half. To be sure I would get 2 outfits for each, but don't go too fancy, just get some pairs of jammies, they will be your new best friend trust me😂.
For me not having preemie outfits would for sure set me up for failure back then, thank God my mother made me buy some preemie jammies😅❤️!
Planing on doing so with my triplets this time as well, only 3x 😂

Mine were 6.2 and 6.10 at birth and they are still wearing newborn 2 weeks later. I never had preemie clothes for them, but newborns seem to work pretty well.

My twins were born at 36+5 days and they weighed 5lb 9oz and 5lb 2oz. They wore preemie for a few weeks. We had no preemie clothes because we figured they'd be bigger. Nope. Wish we had some on hand instead of running to Walmart to buy all the outfits they had.

I’d get a couple preemie pajamas, they fit my girls the best and they were born at 5.7 and 4.11 lbs. they also wore them for almost a whole month before newborn didn’t look like they were being swallowed. You can always buy more but I had to have my mom run out and buy some while we were in the hospital and even more once we were released
