Brown discharge? Normal?

Just had a heavy/regular 5 day cycle which should have ended on Monday. Well today is Thursday and I’ve been getting dark drown discharge with every wipe along with slight cramping. Has this every happened to you? Don’t think it would be a sign of pregnancy since I had a my (normal) heavy period for 5 days.
