Pubic pain after natural delivery

Hey moms!

I had my little girl 10 days ago, very difficult labor, lost lots of blood and had to get blood transfusions. Also I had a 2nd degree perineal laceration witch m is killing me with pain. Not sure if this is all connected, but I’m having this awful pubic pain, where I feel that every time I get up, it’s like my clitoris, labia and pubis are going to explode with a very intense blood rush... it literally feels like a balloon is being inflated down there and it feels heavy as if I’m carrying 5kg potato sack between my legs.

Anyone else had this or know if it’s normal? Btw, everything looks normal, not swollen at all, even though it feels huge....
