Just stop!

STOP telling mothers who want to go natural and medication free that they won’t be able to just because YOU couldn’t handle the pain of it all and needed an epidural. 🗣 they are not you and they shouldn’t be put down or discourage because they want to do something different than you.

Edit to add: not shaming about the “I couldn’t handle it part” I had someone tell me on here they couldn’t handle the pain so I might as well get an epidural because they have such a high pain tolerance so if they couldn’t handle it then I can’t. Let’s just not shame mother in general I do agree but there’s no shaming in this post
