I need all your help and advice

Ok ladies - with 2 babies in 2 years, both with huge weight gains, I am 40lb above the weight where I feel most comfortable.

Before kids I was that annoying person who ate what she wanted, never exercised, and still managed to stay at a comfortable weight.

Now that's all changed and I'm regretting not putting in place healthy habits before now because I honestly don't know where to start.

So I'm reaching out in the hopes someone can give me some advice on how to become a healthier person and how to get into the habit of picking the healthy option.

I don't know how to loose weight or exercise. I've been reading so much about diet but I think I'm looking in the wrong place because I don't want a fad diet, I want to be healthy and learn how to make this a lifestyle.

I need to drop the weight, tone up, be able to exercise for more than a few moments before I'm out of breath.

I'm 31 years old, 160lb. Maybe after 2 kids it's unrealistic to envision that I can get back to 120lb? I really don't know and I'm lost but I know I need to make changes for my health and happiness.

All advice is appreciated. Talk to me like a child because I feel like I need to hear even the most basic information, I'm starting from scratch.
