Ttc after Miscarriage

Had a miscarriage in Dec which was heartbreaking after 2years of trying 😭. Here i am back at sq 1. For anyone else that has been in this situation, did your cycles pretty much go back to normal? Ive had a period since the Miscarriage but have been taking ovulation tests and havent had a positive although did have a few twinges around when i was supposed to- i could have possibly missed it as i wasnt always taking am & pm (trying to be more chilled this time lol easier said than done) Now im spotting and literally dont know where i am in my cycle. I feel more stressed than ever tbh at least before the pregnancy i knew where my cycle was at. I really dont wanna waste months working out my cycle again!! When will i just get my break!! Anyone on the same page as me?
