Terrible Headaches

Hey Ladies! I've been having terrible headaches the last few days. Today, being the most serious one. I am used to having a headache, been diagnosed with migraines in the past, however, I had to been taken off my meds when we started trying for baby. I also have neck pain that can cause headaches. Since becoming pregnant, I am now at six weeks, I have been trying to cut back on the Tylenol. But, it's almost unbearable. I can't get into the doctor until next week. Any remedy that has helped you ladies? Thanks!
