Ugh ladies, my work is asking me to come back early (within a month). I'm really upset. I have him signed up for daycare starting in March but I am SO stressed about having him ready in time and now added pressure about going back early. They only do one nap a day at day care, they eat and drink their milk independently, etc.. help! What are some things you did to prepare baby for day care or must-haves you brought for them?? I feel like with the 2-1 nap transition, cows milk and sippy cups we are just SO far behind and I hate that I need to rush him 😭😭 I'm so worried.
