Ok so I’m kinda confused onto how many weeks I really am. So let me start from the beginning by saying my lmp was September 23, 2019. Found out I was pregnant October 26th. Called for an appointment they gave me a due date June 29th which put me at 4-5 weeks at the time , went to my appointment they did an ultrasound and baby measured 7 weeks. So doctor changed my due date to July 8th, which would make me 18+4 days as of today from what my app says. But if I’m going by my actual due date June 29th would leave me at 17+1 day .. so is there someone on here who thinks they can tell me how many weeks I really am. Thanks.
