PIO shots
I start my PIO shots next week and I'm dreading it since I have to administer them myself bc my husband will be at work. I was prescribed lidocaine, I'm hoping that will work and I won't feel anything. Did anyone use topical lidocaine and not feel anything? Any advice is appreciated 😊
