I’m 33 years old and SO is 30. We’ve been trying for nearly a year now and have an appointment next week with a fertility doctor. I don’t know what to expect there but I’m getting desperate. Like other women whose posts I’ve read here, I always tried to prevent pregnancy thinking it’s so easy to conceive and now...it’s so disheartening and when AF showed up this last time (3 days late of course) I really took it hard. I’m pretty healthy although don’t exercise much (take vitamins, eat healthy, not overweight). Just started taking barre classes more for mood than anything but hoping it can help with TTC too. SO smokes and I’ve been on him to be a little healthier. Just venting I guess, because I’m getting scared it will not happen for us. 😢
