So my baby is 3 weeks today and after leaving the hospital for about a week whenever I’d pump I’d pump 6oz combined from both breasts I then got sick and after being sick for a day and a half my milk supply drastically went down now that she’s 3 weeks old I pump and only get about maybe 1 and a half ounces that’s both breast combined and my baby’s eating about 3-4 oz every hour and a half I’m supplementing with formula but idk what to do is there any way or any advice anyone has to help get my milk supply back up ? I’ve been latching her on more often and pumping but sometimes when I pump I literally won’t pump anything at all . Any advice is more than needed !
