Dreading the next poop
My 10 week old son hasn’t pooped since Tuesday night. It’s now Friday morning (3:30 am, our usual overnight feeding). I don’t know what to do! All I know is when he does poop it’s going to be awful. Any advice?
Edit to add: He is exclusively breastfed.
