Loss of symptoms?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant, got a clear BFP at 11dpo.  At 12dpo my hcg level was 146.  Up until today I’ve had tender boobs, a soft cervix and bad gas.  Today it’s stopped.  Cervix is closed but feels hard, boobs less tender.  I can’t help but feel it’s a bad sign?

4 weeks is still early most real hard core pregnancy symptoms dont hit till 6-8 weeks

Don’t mess with your cervix’s while pregnant it can cause a nasty infection. Symptoms come and go I wouldn’t worry x

Your cervix changes a lot throughout pregnancy and at least for my tender boobs came and went. So I wouldn’t be afraid. Just try to relax and enjoy pregnancy.
