Weight liss in wrong places

So I’ve been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months.. The scale said I went from 160 to 132 lbs, but I couldn’t see it anywhere. I measured around my stomach and it was completely the same. I wore sports bras for a while now, so I tried on my old favorite bra and it was way too big! I could literally fit another boob in one cup. I went from E cup to D cup... and my ass is now as flat as a stick.

Please, tell me how to gain back weight in my ass, and lose it in the stomach ?
