Abnormal cells

Does any of the ladies here knows what this means ? I’m confused . My doctor told me everything is fine and I will have to come back in 3 years but then I read some ppl went back for a Pap smear every year or every 6 months . Am I being lied to or can y’all explain please , and thank you .
