2 year old Preschool

So my church has a preschool and they are starting to offer a 2 year old class twice a week for an hour and half. I have to stay with her during "class time" and can bring my younger child.

However the description only says exposure to class room environment, socialization with other toddlers, learning with songs and books. The cost of the class is $810 dollars for the school year.

Only 2 days for an hour and half.

This seems so expensive for toddler time, we already go to a free toddler time.

Does 810 sound like too much for a toddler time to you? I feel like we could just go to library toddler times and get the same thing for free.
