Morning sickness

I have been blessed so far with very mild morning sickness, just nausea off and on, sometimes it's consistent, so I don't want to complain, but I would rather throw up than be in this morning sickness limbo. It's worse first thing in the morning and i usually feel better after eating something, but today it's just consistent, even after eating. Most days it starts for as long as half an hour and then goes away for about half an hour and then comes again. I'm about 8 weeks along, so I know the first trimester is almost over, but I cannot bear the nausea anymore.

Any mommas with tips and tricks to help ease morning sickness?
