Would I be wrong?

We just had our baby shower 2 weeks ago & my sis in law bought us a gift, but left it home because we traveled to NYC for the baby shower (We both live in FL). So she wrote me earlier this week to ask if we were home, but my husband and I were both at work so I told her we’d come by this weekend to pick it up. Today she posted on fb that her son has the flu & I do not want to get sick. I’m pregnant and not in the mood for dealing with another cold let alone the flu. Would it be wrong of me to tell her we’re no longer going over due to her son having the flu?
