I did it with my first at 6 months. When they can sit unsupported and hold their head up its a good sign they'll be ok in the stroller. Of course if you have a pram type stroller that lays completely flat then you can put baby in whenever.

Anytime as long as you have the newborn insert. I have the newborn insert for both my vista and my babyzen yoyo although I haven’t used either. She loves the uppababy bassinet.

I put mine in at a month old! But my stroller can be lowered so she isn’t sitting up and instead was laying down. I also bought a sleeping bag thing for winter and it keeps her in the stroller instead of buckling her (the sleeping bag thing is buckled)

If you put the car seat in a stroller that is designed to fit your car seat, it usually is reclined to the same angle as in the car. I think the main concern is when people bring the car seat inside and leave it on the floor, then it is on more of an incline than in the car or in the stroller

I was told two things. 1) car seats are now made with the level on the side. They are only safe inside the car seat holder in the car because the angle is appropriate for your child. When car seats are taken out of the car they are no longer at the safe angle and your child could suffocate because of the way their head falls when they sleep. 2) my pediatrician told me that people are more likely to interact/ touch baby while you’re out if they’re in their car seat so for flu season it’s best to wear them (I know that doesn’t have to do with your question just a second reason I choose to only use the car seat in the car 😊). The risks are there and they are small but just for me I think too much about it when she is in her car seat outside of the car that it’s not worth it for me. Obviously if you’re educated and understand the risks and make sure you have your eye on your LO all should be fine!

Mine lays flat and the straps seemed to fit him tightly so I had him in it at about 8 weeks.

Depends on the stroller - some right away, others 3 to 6 months. Check the info for your specific stroller

Since birth, in the bassinet, We never use the carseat on the stroller. It's also better for babies back down flat.

I would think when they can sit up or they would be ok as long as they are fully supported like they are in a carseat.

Mine lays all the way down so I put my baby in at a month old.
