Hi ladies-

For all TTC in your 40s, are you sticking with your OB GYN or are you seeing a MFM dr?

I went to an RE for a full work up and part of it he recommended I see a MFM dr for a preconsult due to his concern with post partum complications with large fibroids.

I’ve been trying to get an Appt and it seems no one wants to see me b/c I’m not currently pregnant. What gives????

I’m really on the verge of saying eff it and let the dice fall where it may. If the MFM dr don’t seem concerned then what am I missing?

My last resort is to return to my original OB gYN but part of me like the fact that the MFM dr has additional training in high risk pregnancies whether it’s age or something else.
