Is this normal?

So a couple of months ago I got the lunette mode 1. It fit find and it didn’t hurt but I always have to wear a pad with it because it leaks. I don’t have a heavy flow so it’s not filling the cup. I’m wondering if I need a new cup or not putting it in properly. Please help

If it’s leaking then either the cup is the wrong size for you (it doesn’t matter if you fill the cup or not) or you’re not fitting it properly. When fitted correctly, the cup should not leak at all. 
Keep practicing though! It takes most women a good few cycles to get to grips with how to correctly insert their cup.

It could be the wrong size or just not positioned right. The ladies at put a cup in it have a YouTube Chanel and have a whole  video on preventing leaking with a cup and have a lot of good tips.
