Vitamin question
So my OB place called and said I have low vitamin D and I'm anemic and told me to start taking some over the counter vitamins to help with it, they didnt give me a name brand or how much mg I should be taking so I'm currently doing 50 Mcg of vitamin D and 65 Mg of Iron daily on top of my prenatals that already have a low iron supplement in it (it wasnt enough iron hence the extra supplements) as well as some Vitamin C gummies because I was told the iron can make you constipated and it would help. I just wanted to know if this was too much? Or if I should take those two vitamins every other day?
