I am a ftm. My lo is 21 months old and she is starting to love pulling down her pants and and diaper and wants to sit on the potty chair.

She does not want to sit on the potty chair for a long enough to actually go in the potty chair.

My question is should I be encouraging her to be doing this. when I know she's very close to starting to potty train should I encourage her to continue to do this until shows more sign.

She is currently in daycare part time, I was told this week that they will not help potty train her because she's not in the right room. They will take her to the bathroom if she's fully potty-trained. I have thought of finding a new daycare that would help even if she's not in the right room but it's really hard to get into a daycare facility.
