I'm 11 weeks pregnant and having phlegm stuck in my throat has any one ever gotten that and should I report it to my gp?

I got this. Especially in the morning. Did NOT help the nausea and morning sickness.

I've had that too In my first trimester. I tried to get rid of it as much as I could during the day otherwise it would make my morning sickness and nausea worse :/ now on 2nd tri and it's gone on it's own.
