When you stop breastfeeding what did you do?

My baby is 13 months old. I forgot how painful it is! Tell me what did you do to reduce your milk and for the pain.

Do it slowly or else you’ll be miserable.

I had already cut her feeding before I stopped fully at 14 months. She was already having 3 meals a day and 2 nursing sessions when she turned 1. I didn’t get much pain and whatever pain I did get I would just put a ice pack on my boobs.

I dropped a feeding a week until I was down to one. Then I waited a whole week until I dropped that last one. Some leaking but no pain whatsoever

Got pregnant both times. Milk just dried up on its own. Not sure what to do about this baby since it’s our last. Lol
