I need help with my bbt!
I am super new to the TTC community. I just got off of BC in december after ten years of taking it. Well I just started taking my tempture 3 days ago with my new femometer. Its says to take your tempture at the same time every day bit done days I have to get up at 8 and other days I can sleep til 10 does that matter? Also if I wake up but gonna roll over to go back to sleep should I go ahead and take temp?
