Losing hair like crazy!

I remember losing hair with my first two but this time it seems excessive! I’m 4 months pp and it seems to be at an all time high! Literally feel like at this rate I will be bald soon 😭 is this normal? Currently don’t have medical insurance so I can’t see my doctor about it
