Bloating nausea and diarrhea before period?
Anyone else have crazy digestive issues a few days before their period? This started happening to me more after I had my baby and I absolutely hate it. Just wondering if anyone that’s dealt with it for awhile has found some way to prevent it. Nothing online is very helpful.
