My son did too when he was younger. I stopped using Baby powder. Instead I gave him a bath almost every night and washed his body and face with Baby Dove soap. It helped the breakout go away in 2 weeks. I put lavender baby lotion on him after his bath too and still do. Not only is it good to keep his skin moisturized, the smell of lavender is suppose to help calm them and help them relax so they can sleep better. You could also ask the pediatrician if they think your Baby has eczema. They make lotion for that too to help calm it down.
