Would you be ok with a daycare worker kissing your child on the cheek?

My son goes to a large franchise daycare. One of the random workers kisses him on the cheek when he leaves. I think I'm not ok with this but can't tell if I'm overreacting. It's mostly because our son keeps bringing home sickness from daycare so much so that my newborn has been hospitalized, twice. It also makes me a little uneasy in general. I don't even know this lady's name. What are your thoughts?
