Vaginal swelling?

Question

So I’m almost 30 weeks this is my first pregnancy 
I have had a pain in the circled area for a while now but I assumed it’s normal now while I was showering this morning I noticed swelling and only on the side I had the pain 
Normal?

Yes the baby is just making your blood flow weird with all the pressure he or she is putting on you.

I've had cysts there before that got me swollen on the side I had it on. I would add heat pack to get the cyst to flow and empty.  then alternate to ice pack to reduce swelling. Couple days or so it went away

You probably have vulva varicoses unfortunately. I have them either side. Not very pleasant and due to the baby putting pressure on that area. You could use a pregnancy belt to help lift the pressure off and alleviate some of the swelling. Likely won’t go away till a good 6 weeks after the birth..
