Someone please help.

So my period is supposedly due in 5 days. But ever since yesterday night I have had the worst cramps. TMI. But I also had diarrhea accompanied by the cramps. Today they even woke me up so I expected my period to start shortly after but still nothing.

Has any one experienced this? What else could cause cramps this soon?

I’m confused and just looking for some insight
