Please don’t judge me. I’m really looking for help here..

My son is 4 months old and he’s a really good baby. He’s growing and healthy and his pediatrician says he’s doing amazing.

At night recently I have had a very hard time putting my son to sleep without a bottle. Now I know that nutritionally he doesn’t need it, but he’s using it as comfort. How do I get my son to sleep without a bottle? :/ he’s also teething.

He used to sleep 5 hours and then up every 2 hours. Now he sleeps 2-3 then up every 1-2 hours. I am really looking for some help. I don’t breast feed, I pump and he gets a bottle that way.
