Looks like part of your mucus plug w your bloody show. Look out for more and for contractions or your water breaking/leaking. I’ve been having the same thing for like a week, but at my last appointment I wasn’t really dilated anymore & baby still looked good.

Yes it’s your mucus plug and when it’s tinged with red it’s considered the bloody show. It doesn’t have to be a lot. They tell you if your mucus plug is mixed with blood you should call. I bet you will have the baby pretty soon. Good luck.
